Employees State Insurance is again a statutory obligation for companies and has a unique methodology of calculation has been included as a module in Paysoft. The Slabs and the ESIC are rates user defined and generates ESIC statutory reports (ESIC Format-6/7) as per government format printed on pre-determined frequency. Monthly deductions of ESIC are auto generated.
